Running an independent campaign means I rely solely on contributions from the community.  I don't have the backing of a major political party and that's by choice.

Every contribution helps ensure our community has a strong, committed, independent voice in NSW Parliament.

  • Donations to Michael Regan's Independent campaign for Wakehurst are required to comply with NSW Electoral Commission laws.

    By donating, you confirm you:

    • Are enrolled to vote in Australia OR are an Australian business with an ABN or ACN.

    • Are NOT a prohibited donor (property developer, tobacco, liquor, or gambling industry entity) or a close associate of a prohibited donor (being directors, officers and their spouses or people with 20% or more of the vote).

    • Have NOT already donated $4,100 to Michael's campaign this financial year.

    • Are donating your own funds and have not been solicited by anyone else to donate.

    • Understand that if you donate $1,000 or more your name/entity will be disclosed on the NSW Electoral Commission register and you will be required to submit a donor return in July 2027. My campaign manager can assist with this process.

  • Yes. Individuals (not corporations) can donate up to $1,500 per financial year and deduct the expense from taxable income.

  • Individuals and Corporations cannot donate more than $4,100 to Michael’s 2027 NSW State Election campaign.

  • For personal donors, please use your address on the electoral roll.

    For company donors, please use a physical address, not a P.O. Box.
